A spare parts dealer with strong specialization in workshop equipment and technical assistance, an area through which they generate almost 60% of their total turnover. Not particularly interested in developing new activities and not very proactive. It would be worthwhile to visit them to gather information, including on the mood within the Asso Ricambi consortium, which they have been a part of for many years. They informed us that, starting this year, RHIAG has begun delivering directly to workshops on behalf of the spare parts dealers. This has caused dissatisfaction among clients, as they believe RHIAG is mapping the territory with the intent to eventually sell directly through Stahlgruber.
