A small local distributor that generates about 5 million euros just in Puglia. He mainly sells to retailers but also gets about 15% of his revenue from workshops. He’s not interested in any type of activity because, as a distributor, he only buys from component manufacturers, certainly not from our customers’ distributors. He might be interested in managing one of our brands. Right now, he’s negotiating to add Ocap as a new brand, but he would consider one of ours if the opportunity is right.
